Evolved Agents is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and help fulfill for clients inside our AI Marketing Academy program.

We’re looking for someone who is both technically strong and great with people.

You’ll work directly with new clients to onboard them, build their marketing systems, launch their campaigns, and manage everything on an ongoing basis.

This is not just a media buying role. You’ll help own the entire client setup from ads → funnels → CRM → automations → optimization.

– What You'll Do –

Client Onboarding

• Conduct 30–60 minute onboarding calls with new clients
• Welcome clients and clearly explain the setup and launch process
• Gather everything needed to build their campaigns
• Communicate professionally with clients throughout the process

Build Marketing Systems

• Build and launch Meta Ads campaigns
• Create static, video, and AI-generated ad creatives
• Build funnels and landing pages
• Set up client accounts inside GoHighLevel
• Build CRM pipelines, workflows, SMS/email automations, calendars, and integrations
• Connect third-party software using tools such as Zapier

Ongoing Management

• Monitor and optimize Meta campaigns
• Troubleshoot funnels, CRM systems, and automations
• Improve campaigns based on performance
• Maintain client accounts and ensure everything continues running smoothly
• Work closely with the rest of our team to deliver an excellent client experience

• Experienced with digital marketing and paid advertising
• Comfortable working directly with clients
• A strong English communicator

• Comfortable learning new software and AI tools
