Experienced GoHighLevel Virtual Assistant / CRM Specialist

We are a U.S.Eastern Time based health insurance agency looking for an experienced GoHighLevel Virtual Assistant / CRM Specialist to join our team long-term.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience is required. You must also have excellent, near-native spoken and written English, as you will communicate directly with U.S. clients by phone, text, and email . Basic Spanish would be a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize our GoHighLevel CRM
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot workflows and automations
• Manage pipelines, opportunities, calendars, SMS/email, tasks, and follow-ups
• Recommend improvements to our GoHighLevel setup and processes
• Answer client calls, texts, and email s to schedule appointments and handle customer-service requests
• Maintain accurate client records and escalate insurance questions to licensed agents
• Assist in research health plan provider networks doctors, and prescription formularies

This is not an insurance sales position.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of substantial GoHighLevel experience
• Excellent/near-native English and professional phone skills
• Strong customer-service and organizational skills
• Available full-time during **U.S. Eastern Time business hours
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace
• Able to work independently and take ownership of GoHighLevel

Highly preferred: U.S. health insurance/Medicare experience, experience working with U.S. companies, and basic Spanish.
