Real Estate Social Media & AI Virtual Assistant | Canva + Content Creation

We are a growing digital marketing and AI automation company looking for a creative Virtual Assistant to join our team long-term.

A large part of our work is in real estate marketing, so we are looking for someone who has a strong eye for design, understands social media, is comfortable using AI, and can learn new technology quickly.

You do not need to know everything already.

One of our current team members originally joined us primarily for social media. Because she was creative, tech-savvy, a fast learner, and good at using AI, we trained her to also work on websites, email templates, blogs, GoHighLevel, and other client projects.

We are looking for another person with that same potential.

What You’ll Be Doing
Most of your work will initially focus on real estate social media and content, including:

• Creating Instagram and Facebook graphics.
• Creating listing, just-listed, just-sold, open-house, testimonial, educational, and local-market content.
• Designing carousels and branded social media posts.
• Creating Reels/TikTok-style short-form content.
• Editing short videos.
• Using listing photos and property information to create marketing content.
• Writing captions with help from AI.
• Creating content calendars.
• Scheduling social media posts.
• Repurposing videos and long-form content into social posts.
• Creating graphics in Canva.
• Following existing client branding and design standards.
• Using ChatGPT and other AI tools to help create and improve content.

As you grow with us, you may also learn:

Who We’re Looking For
The most important thing is that you have a good creative eye.
You should be someone who can look at a design and understand why it looks professional instead of simply knowing how to use Canva.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Comfortable with Instagram and Facebook .
• Familiar with modern social media content.
• Comfortable using ChatGPT or other AI tools.

• Organized.
• Communicative.
• Interested in learning and growing.

Experience We’d Love to See
These are preferred, but not all required:

• Real estate social media experience.
• Social media management.
• Canva.
• Short-form video editing.
• Instagram Reels.
• CapCut.
• ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini.
• GoHighLevel.
• Website design.
• WordPress.
• Landing pages.
• Email marketing.

Website design or GoHighLevel experience is a big plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Compensation
Starting rate: $4 USD/hour
We are looking for someone who wants a long-term position, not a temporary project.
There will be opportunities to learn additional skills, take on more responsibility, and increase your value to the company as you grow.
