About the Role

Product Lister / Store Manager — Fashion Dropshipping (US Market)

About the store
We run a general fashion dropshipping store selling to customers in the United States. New products go live constantly, collections rotate with the season, and the store has to look sharp every single day. We move fast, we ship fast, and we keep our workspace clean and documented.

The role
You own the product catalog and the day-to-day running of the store. This is not a "upload 10 products and go" job — you are the person who keeps the storefront accurate, organized and ready to sell.

What you'll be doing:

Importing and building product listings in Shopify via Poky — variants, images, pricing, collections, tags
Writing and optimizing product titles and descriptions for a US audience (with AI as a tool, not as an autopilot)
Keeping collections, menus and product pages clean, consistent and on-brand
Managing supplier data, price changes and stock issues before they become customer problems
Tracking everything in Google Sheets and Notion so nothing lives only in your head
Daily communication in Slack — short, clear, proactive updates
Flagging problems early and proposing the fix, not just the problem

What we're looking for

Several years of hands-on experience in e-commerce product listing and/or store management (this role is not suitable for beginners)
Advanced Shopify skills — you know your way around products, variants, collections, metafields and theme basics
Working experience with Poky (or a comparable product importer) for dropshipping
Strong Google Sheets skills — filters, lookups, clean data structure
Comfortable in Notion and Slack as your daily workspace
Confident with Claude / ChatGPT: you know how to prompt well, and you know when the output is wrong
Extremely organized — naming conventions, checklists, version control, no loose ends
Flexible: priorities can shift the same day and you adapt without drama
Performs under pressure — launches, sale periods and high-volume days don't rattle you
Strong written English and a good eye for what US fashion shoppers expect
Takes ownership: you follow through without being chased

Nice to have

Experience with US fashion or apparel specifically
Basic image editing (cropping, cleaning up supplier photos)
Experience writing or improving SOPs

What we offer

[rate / salary] — [hours per week]
Remote, with overlap required with [your timezone / US hours]
Long-term collaboration with room to grow into full store ownership
Clear SOPs, a documented workflow and direct communication — no bureaucracy

How to apply
Send us:

A short intro with your years of experience in this exact type of work
2–3 examples of stores or product pages you built or managed
Which of these you use daily: Shopify, Poky, Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, Claude/ChatGPT
Answer this: You're asked to publish 40 new products before end of day. Halfway through, you discover the supplier images for one full collection are the wrong colorway. What do you do?
Start your message with the word CATALOG so we know you read the full post

Applications without the answer to question 4 will not be reviewed.
