Full-Time AI Video Editor for Singapore Education Ads — Higgsfield Specialist

Salary: SGD 800/month, with a salary review after 3 months based on performance
Schedule: 30 hours per week
Location: Remote — Philippines preferred

We are looking for a talented, reliable full-time video editor to create compelling digital ads for education companies in Singapore.

You will use Higgsfield and video-editing tools to turn marketing briefs, creative direction, and feedback into polished ads that resonate with students, parents, and education-focused audiences. This is a collaborative role: you will work closely with our marketer throughout the editing process, so excellent English communication and responsiveness are essential.

What you’ll do

• Create and edit high-performing short-form video ads for Singapore education companies.
• Use Higgsfield confidently to generate, refine, and iterate AI video content.
• Turn marketer briefs and feedback into clear, credible, conversion-focused ads.
• Communicate closely with our marketer to clarify instructions and manage revisions.
• Apply feedback quickly, accurately, and consistently.
• Identify the best Higgsfield workflows and creative approaches to achieve the strongest output.
• Ensure every ad is polished, engaging, and appropriate for student and parent audiences.

What we’re looking for

• Hands-on Higgsfield experience is required.
• Strong video-editing skills, preferably in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
• Experience with short-form ads, performance creative, or social-media marketing videos.
• Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, storytelling, captions, and calls to action.
• Excellent written and spoken English; you must be comfortable liaising with a marketer regularly.
• Highly organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and open to feedback.
• Experience with education, tutoring, enrichment, or parent/student-targeted advertising is a plus.
