Microsoft Power Platform Developer (Remote, Full-Time)

Looking for an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer to design, build, improve, and support multiple custom business applications. This is a full-time position starting at 300 PHP hour (Higher rate depending on experience level)

These applications will help automate internal operations and customer workflows using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365. Projects may include employee management, timekeeping, payroll preparation, onboarding, approvals, inventory, service operations, reporting, document processing, customer portals, and other business-process applications.

This is a developer position who can help build multiple custom applications using a consistent, scalable, secure, and well-documented foundation.

Applicants should have hands-on experience with:

Microsoft Power Apps canvas apps
Microsoft Power Automate cloud flows
SharePoint Online
Microsoft Lists
Microsoft Teams
Microsoft 365 users, groups, and permissions
Power Fx formulas
Power Automate expressions
JSON
Excel and CSV data processing
Standard Microsoft 365 connectors
Dataverse, when appropriate
Solutions, environments, connection references, and environment variables
Responsive application design for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
