WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Plan, execute, scale, and optimize high-budget Meta Ads or Google Ads campaigns for top-tier international clients in AU & NZ.
• Continuously monitor KPI metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR) to maximize campaign performance and profitability.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, ad copies, and landing pages.
• Collaborate closely with the strategy and creative teams to deliver winning ad angles.
• Manage large monthly ad budgets with high autonomy and precision.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Proven hands-on experience (at least 1–2+ years) managing scaling campaigns on Meta Ads (for Meta roles) or Google Search/Performance Max/Display (for Google roles).
• Strong analytical mindset: Data-driven decision-making, deep understanding of metrics, attribution, and funnel optimization.
• Ability to handle large ad budgets effectively and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Self-starter, disciplined, proactive, and thriving in a fast-paced remote environment.
• English proficiency (reading/writing) to coordinate with international campaigns and documentation smoothly.
