Amazon Store Manager
Confidential employer
Amazon FBA Account Manager – UK Store
Experienced Applicants Only | Remote | Long-Term
About the Role
We are an established UK Amazon FBA seller specialising in consumer electronics. We need an experienced Amazon Account Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day store, protect profitability and make sure operational issues do not slip through the cracks.
This is not a beginner VA or product-uploading role. You must already be confident using Amazon Seller Central and managing an FBA account independently.
Main Responsibilities
Manage the Amazon UK store day-to-day, including Seller Central issues, cases and account messages.
Monitor Buy Box performance and manage Revboard while protecting our minimum ROI/profit targets.
Use Sellerboard to monitor sales, COG, fees, refunds, ROI and net profit.
Review ASIN performance and identify profitable fast sellers to reorder, including recommended quantities.
Identify slow-moving, low-ROI or loss-making products and recommend reducing or stopping them.
Monitor inventory, stranded/suppressed listings and FBA stock issues.
Manage FBA shipments and labels when required.
Monitor high-value returns/refunds (£200+) and make sure every unit is accounted for.
Trace returned units through FBA Customer Returns, IDR and Inventory Ledger where required.
Raise and chase eligible Amazon reimbursement claims for missing/lost/damaged inventory.
Arrange or recommend removal of defective/customer-damaged stock where appropriate.
Provide a simple weekly report covering sales, profit, ROI, reorders, poor ASINs, returns, reimbursements and open issues.
Who We Are Looking For
Minimum 3 years of hands-on Amazon FBA / Seller Central experience.
Strong understanding of Buy Box, ROI, margin, COG, Amazon fees and profitability.
Experience investigating FBA returns, lost inventory and reimbursements.
Sellerboard experience strongly preferred.
Revboard experience strongly preferred; other repricer experience is useful.
Keepa and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills are advantageous.
Able to investigate and solve problems independently without constant instructions.
Good written English, organisation and communication.
Please Do Not Apply If
You are new to Amazon, your experience is mainly product uploading/data entry, you have never managed FBA reimbursements, or you need training on normal Seller Central tasks.
How to Apply – Screening Questions
Start your application with: FBA-262
Then answer the questions below. Applications that skip these questions will not be reviewed.
1. How many years have you personally managed Amazon FBA Seller Central accounts, and which marketplaces?
2. What was the approximate monthly revenue of the largest Amazon account you helped manage?
3. What have you used Sellerboard for?
4. Have you used Revboard? If not, which repricers have you managed?
5. How would you d ---------- whether an ASIN should be reordered? Which metrics would you check?
6. A £350 FBA product was refunded 50 days ago. It has not returned to sellable inventory and no reimbursement is visible. Explain step-by-step how you would investigate it.
7. Give one real example of an FBA reimbursement or inventory issue you personally investigated and resolved.
8. What is your expected monthly salary for a full-time role?
Important: We are looking for someone who can tell us what happened, why it happened, the financial impact, and what action they took — not someone who simply downloads reports. Generic or obviously AI-generated applications that do not demonstrate genuine Amazon experience will not progress.
