Automated Systems Developer

Looking for someone to completely develop our sales and fulfillment system using as much automation as possible. This person will need to be able to help us design a user-friendly system the is fully automated and able to handle data tracking and project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement internal platforms, shared services, and backend systems.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release tooling.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and delivery.
• Integrate third party platforms and internal services using APIs, message queues, and event streams.
• Conduct system testing, validation, and performance monitoring.
• Troubleshoot and debug system and software issues.
• Create documentation, testing records, and operation manuals.
• Ensure cybersecurity, backups, disaster recovery procedures, and system reliability.
• Analyze user needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Mentor junior developers and support cross functional collaboration.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience in systems development or similar roles.
• Proficiency in languages such as Java, C#, Python, or similar.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, design principles, and database management (SQL).
• Familiarity with Git, Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
