AI VIDEO EDITOR

We’re hiring an experienced AI Video Editor to join our creative team and produce performance-driven ads for multiple eCommerce brands.

We’re looking for someone who understands that great advertising isn’t just about making videos look good. The goal is to stop the scroll, hold attention, and drive sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Creative Production

Create short-form ads for TikTok, Facebook , and Instagram
Produce AI-generated videos, animations, and visual concepts
Turn product assets, scripts, and ideas into engaging creatives
Create multiple variations of winning concepts for testing

Performance Editing

Develop strong hooks and pattern interrupts
Improve pacing, retention, and storytelling
Create native-style content that feels organic to the platform
Optimize creatives based on CTR, retention, CPA, ROAS, and other performance metrics

AI Workflow

Use AI tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Higgsfield, and similar platforms
Generate AI scenes, animations, avatars, and visual effects
Continuously test new AI tools and creative techniques
REQUIREMENTS
Experience creating AI-powered eCommerce ads
Strong understanding of ---------- and Facebook creatives
Knowledge of direct-response advertising
Strong editing, storytelling, and visual skills
Ability to create effective hooks and improve retention
Fast learner who can work across multiple brands
Reliable, proactive, and deadline-oriented
Responsive and active on WhatsApp
COMPENSATION

$7/hour
40 hours/week
