Creative Strategist Beauty and health dropshipping

We are looking for an experienced Creative Strategist to help us improve and scale our Beauty & Health dropshipping operation.

We mainly work with IMAGE ADS on Meta, so strong experience with static creatives, direct-response angles and performance marketing is very important.

Our goal is to scale towards €10K–€20K revenue days, so we are specifically looking for someone who has experience working inside a dropshipping or performance e-commerce company operating at that level.

Your role:

• Research products, competitors, customer pain points, desires and objections
• Find strong hooks, angles and marketing concepts
• Create clear briefs for high-performing image ads
• Analyze ad performance and d ---------- what should be tested next
• Improve winning concepts with new variations and angles
• Build a structured creative testing system inside our company
• Work closely with designers, media buyers and funnel builders
• Help develop advertorial / pre-lander concepts for different angles
• Write clear funnel briefs so our funnel builders can execute them properly

We are looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience in Beauty and/or Health e-commerce
• Has strong experience with Meta image ads
• Understands direct-response marketing
• Has experience with dropshipping and funnel-based e-commerce
• Has experience with advertorials and pre-landers
• Has worked inside an e-commerce / dropshipping company doing around €10K–€20K+ revenue days
• Understands high testing volume, fast product cycles and scaling
• Can work independently and take ownership
• Is confident enough to challenge our ideas
• Does not simply agree with everything we say
• Proactively sees problems and opportunities
• Thinks in systems, testing and scalable processes
