THE WORK

I build marketing systems for service companies, and I'm making a big move: getting hired by a multi-location company that needs what I've built. This is a project, not a job. It ends when I'm hired.

Between now and then, the work is yours. Build the map of the people who place marketing leaders in that world. Get the right ones eager to sell me. Keep the follow-up alive. Handle the logistics. Run whoever we bring in to help build lists, unless that's you, which it might be.

You'll start with a raw transcript of how the plan came together, a research report, and a framework. You'll sketch the picture and come to me for what you need to finish it. My hours go to the calls, the video, and the deals. Yours go to everything that gets us there.
