Video Editor – Full-Time Job ($$$)

We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand on the US market, producing paid video ads every day on Meta. We are strengthening our creative team and looking for a skilled, fast and reliable Video Editor ready to commit long-term and grow with us over the years. Not just good-looking videos — ads that convert.

Your main responsibilities:

• Creation from Briefs: Build ads from scratch off a brief: you receive a script, a format and some direction, and bring it to life with AI (visuals, voiceover, editing) all the way to a ready-to-launch ad.
• Performance Editing: Strong short-form editing for Meta ads: fast pacing, captions, hooks, retention. Fast AND clean.
• Creative Iteration: Take a winning ad and spin it into multiple variations: different hooks, scripts, visuals, angles and formats.
• Follow internal guidelines and the brand's visual identity.

What we're looking for:

• Fluent in English
• Proficient in CapCut (or any other video editing software)
• Comfortable with AI tools such as ElevenLabs, Kling, VEO, Claude, Suno, Nano Banana and more
• Comfortable across different formats: cartoon, claymation, realistic UGC, VSLs, short-form, statics
• Autonomous, detail-oriented and able to quickly absorb new information
• Real marketing instinct: understands how e-commerce and Meta ads work
