About the Role

Logistics

6 days/week, 10 AM–6 PM
2 videos per week
Long-term role
Script, cue cards, character assets, chart/graphic templates, and stock/news clip links provided per video
Short (2-min) trial task required before hire

We run a long-form, narrated educational channel (~20–25 min videos, no on-camera host). Tone is calm and trustworthy — never clickbait or high-energy. Full voiceover scripts and cue cards are provided for every video.

What You'll Do

Edit long-form videos to a provided script and cue card — clean, polished, unhurried pacing
Assemble pre-built character composites and place them per the cue card timing
Build 2D motion graphics using provided templates: animated charts, comparisons, callouts, lower-thirds (not every scene requires animation — used selectively to support key points)
Trim and place stock footage (from our subscription) and provided news clip links, respecting timing rules (e.g. 6-second cutaway caps)
Add captions, transitions, music, and clean audio mixing

What You Need

Strong 2D motion graphics skills (After Effects or equivalent) — top priority
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut
Comfort adapting animated charts/graphs from templates using provided data
Strong attention to detail — able to follow precise timing/hold instructions in a cue card
Good typography and visual restraint — no unnecessary noise or hype
Strong English comprehension
Reliable setup for long-form video/design work

Bonus: experience with explainer/educational content, chart animation, or YouTube CTR best practices (non-sensational).
