AI UGC Video Creator (High-Quality, Multilingual Lip-Sync: English / Spanish / Dutch)

We run e-commerce brands in the health, sleep and self-care niche and are looking for a skilled AI UGC video creator to produce high-quality, realistic product videos for Meta (Facebook /Instagram) and TikTok ads.

This is NOT a "generate and send" job. We are looking for someone who takes quality seriously: natural-looking AI avatars, clean editing, and — most importantly — accurate lip-sync in English, Spanish and Dutch. If the mouth movement doesn't match the audio, the video is not usable.

What you'll do

-Create AI-generated UGC-style videos (talking-head, product-in-hand, testimonial style) for paid ads
-Produce versions in English, Spanish and Dutch with correct, natural lip-sync for each language
-Write or adapt short ad scripts based on briefs we provide (hooks, benefits, CTA)
-Add captions, b-roll, product shots, music and simple motion graphics
-Deliver multiple variations (different hooks/angles) per product for ad testing
Iterate quickly based on feedback and ad performance

Requirements

-Proven experience creating AI UGC/avatar videos with tools such as HeyGen, Synthesia, Arcads, Captions, ElevenLabs, Runway, Pika, CapCut or similar (tell us which ones you use)
-Strong eye for quality: realistic avatars, good lighting/composition, no glitches, no robotic delivery
-Excellent lip-sync accuracy in English, Spanish and Dutch — this is a must
-Good understanding of what makes an ad convert (hook in the first 3 seconds, clear benefit, strong CTA)
-Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere or similar)
-Reliable, fast communication and able to meet deadlines

Deliverables
-Vertical (9:16) videos, 15–45 seconds, ready for Meta and TikTok
-Delivered in MP4 with source files where possible
