We are scaling our luxury ground transportation brokerage and need an experienced, high-caliber dispatcher and client relationship manager to anchor our daily operations and affiliate network expansion.

This role sits at the intersection of dispatch logistics, high-touch client service, and B2B growth. You will manage incoming transport schedules for mountain resort travelers and private aviation clients while actively acquiring and nurturing new affiliate relationships with luxury hotels, property managers, and FBO (Fixed-Base Operator) private jet terminals.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispatch & Logistics Management: Coordinate real-time luxury vehicle dispatch, driver scheduling, and route monitoring for VIP clientele, ensuring flawless execution and punctuality.

Affiliate & Partner Acquisition: Proactively build, expand, and manage relationships with key stakeholders at luxury hotels, high-end property management groups, and FBO private jet terminals.

Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliate partners and corporate clients, resolving issues swiftly and maintaining elite service standards.

Conversion & Pipeline Tracking: Support marketing and outreach initiatives designed to drive affiliate onboarding and long-term partnership retention.
