Senior Risk Control

Job Responsibilities
Responsible for daily risk monitoring, tracking real-time betting data and account behaviors to identify anomalies in a timely manner.
Draft risk monitoring logs and risk event analysis reports, providing regular updates to management regarding the current risk status.
Conduct data analysis to investigate suspicious accounts, policy violations, and arbitrage activities; track the effectiveness of risk mitigation measures and propose optimization recommendations.
Respond rapidly and manage emergency risk events properly, and conduct thorough post-mortem reviews and summaries.
Assist in training new or junior risk control personnel, guiding them to master risk monitoring workflows and analytical methodologies.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above with at least 3 years of relevant experience in the iGaming RISK industry; deep familiarity with sports betting logic is required.
High data sensitivity with strong logical analysis skills; ability to respond quickly to emergencies under high-pressure environments.
Proficient in Excel and other data analysis tools, with the ability to accurately identify abnormal data and suspicious behaviors from massive datasets.
Excellent written communication and cross-departmental coordination skills.
Strong sense of responsibility and stress tolerance, with proven experience or a strong willingness to mentor and train team members.
