Cruise Specialist

This position includes inbound customer service, booking cruise and travel reservations, collecting payments, handling light collections on past-due accounts, and making outbound follow-up calls during downtime.

Responsibilities include answering inbound calls, booking travel, collecting payments securely, following up on past-due accounts, making outbound calls when available, and accurately documenting all interactions.
