Personal Assistant, Social Media Management

I run a fast growing AI content agency and I'm looking for a personal assistant to work closely with me.

What you'd be doing

Posting videos to my accounts using virtual phones, keeping everything on schedule and nothing slipping through.

Working alongside me and my editors to make sure the day to day runs smoothly.

General assistant work, keeping me organised and staying on top of the things that need chasing.

You'll learn the whole operation from the inside. This isn't a job where you sit on the edge of things.

Who I'm looking for

I want someone genuinely dedicated. Someone who takes ownership, notices what needs doing before I ask, and actually cares whether things go well.

Hardworking is the main thing. I'd rather have someone reliable and switched on than someone with a long CV who does the bare minimum.

You'll need to be organised, communicative, and comfortable with a bit of variety day to day.

What matters to me

Reliability. If you say something will be done, it gets done.

Communication. I'd rather you ask than guess.

Attention to detail. The small things add up in this work.

Passion. I'm building something and I want someone who wants to be part of it.

Hours and pay

15 hours per week, $2 per hour, with flexibility on when you work.
