Position Overview:
At Ready Roles, we don’t just fill positions—we build lasting, impactful careers. As an Outbound Sales & Logistics Coordinator, you’ll serve as a dedicated sales and operations partner for U.S.-based moving companies, with your primary responsibility focused on outbound calling and lead conversion.
This is not an admin or back-office role. Your job is to create opportunities, engage potential customers, book moving estimates, and drive revenue through strategic outbound communication.
Your moving-industry experience will allow you to understand the customer journey, moving operations, scheduling, dispatch, and the urgency involved in coordinating a move.
The core mission of this role is simple: turn outbound conversations into booked moving opportunities while supporting the moving company's day-to-day logistics when needed.
