SALES STRATEGIST / COPYWRITER – LOW-TICKET OFFERS
Work Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST
Daily Huddle: 8:00 AM CST
Location: Remote
Pay: Competitive, based on experience and proven results
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Sales Strategist / Copywriter who knows how to sell.
This is NOT a lead generation or general VA position.
We have a $7 digital Starter Kit that we are preparing to aggressively promote, with a goal of selling 5,000+ units next month.
We need someone who understands how to turn attention into sales through strong messaging, compelling hooks, persuasive copy, and strategic content.
You should be someone who can look at an offer and say:
"Here's the angle. Here's the hook. Here's what we should say. Here's why people will buy."
We're looking for someone who has actually sold low-ticket digital products/offers before and can show us measurable results.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Your primary responsibility is to help us increase sales of our low-ticket offers.
You will:
- Develop high-converting hooks and angles
- Write compelling social media captions and promotional copy
- Create sales-focused content ideas
- Develop CTAs that encourage people to take action
- Identify customer pain points, desires, objections, and buying triggers
- Turn product features into compelling sales messaging
- Develop different messaging angles for the same offer
- Write copy for Facebook , Instagram, email , landing pages, and other marketing channels
- Help develop promotional campaigns around our $7 Starter Kit
- Test different hooks, messaging, offers, and CTAs
- Review performance and recommend improvements
- Study competitors and identify opportunities for stronger positioning
- Work with the team to continuously improve our sales messaging
- Help us understand WHY people are buying — or why they're not
You will not simply be given a script and asked to execute it.
We want someone who can think strategically and contribute ideas.
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
1. Proven Low-Ticket Sales Experience
This is our biggest requirement.
You must have experience selling low-ticket digital products, courses, guides, memberships, templates, services, or similar offers.
We want to see actual results, not just claims that you're "good at copywriting."
When applying, tell us:
- What was the product/offer?
- What was the price?
- How many units were sold?
- How much revenue was generated?
- What was YOUR role?
- What copy/content/strategy did you personally create?
- What measurable results did you achieve?
2. Strong Direct-Response Copywriting Skills
You should understand how to write copy that gets people to act.
You should be comfortable creating:
- Scroll-stopping hooks
- Headlines
- Captions

- Promotional messaging
- Short-form sales content
3. Strong Understanding of Buyer Psychology

- Pain points
- Desire
- Objections
- Urgency
- Curiosity
- Social proof
- Benefits vs. features
- Risk reversal
- Emotional triggers
- Offer positioning
- Conversion psychology
4. Strategic Thinking
We don't want someone who simply waits for instructions.
We want someone who can say:
> "I think this offer will sell better if we position it this way."
You should be comfortable testing ideas, analyzing results, and making recommendations.
5. Excellent English
You must be able to write clear, natural, persuasive English.
Your copy should sound human — not generic, robotic, or AI-generated.
BIG PLUS IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH
- Selling $5–$20 digital products

- Email marketing
- Funnels
- Landing pages

- Appointment setting
- Basic social media posting
- Administrative work
- Generic content writing
- Blog writing without sales experience
Being a good writer is not enough for this position.
We need someone who understands how to sell.
HOW WE'LL MEASURE SUCCESS
Your success will ultimately be measured by your ability to help us generate sales.
Our immediate target is:
**5,000+ sales of our $7 Starter Kit**
We want someone who is excited by that kind of goal and wants to be accountable for the messaging and strategy that helps make it happen.
WORK SCHEDULE
Monday–Friday
8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST
There is a daily team huddle at 8:00 AM CST, and attendance is required.
You must be able to consistently work this schedule.
HOW TO APPLY
Please do NOT send a generic application.
Answer the following questions:
1. Tell us about the best low-ticket offer you've helped sell.
Include:
- Product
- Price
- Number of sales
- Revenue
- Your role
- How you contributed to the sales
2. What is the best sales result you've personally achieved through copywriting or marketing?

We care more about the quality of your thinking and copy than the length of your application.
5. What do you believe makes someone buy a $7 digital product instead of scrolling past it?
6. Please provide examples of your previous sales copy, campaigns, landing pages, social posts, or other relevant work.
Portfolio/case studies are strongly preferred.
7. What are your salary expectations?
8. Are you available to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST and attend the daily 8:00 AM CST huddle?

Applications without answers to the questions above may not be considered.
We're looking for someone who can think, write, test, and sell.
