About the Role

We host a small number of high-end, prestigious, invitation-only, weekend events (6–8 per year) for high-net-worth investors

We're looking for a fully remote Event Planner to work exclusively on these events on an ongoing, recurring basis built around our event calendar.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end planning and back end logistics for each event
  • Source, vet, and manage vendors: venues, catering, AV, liquor/wine/jewelry experience partners, transportation, etc.
  • Coordinate international logistics across US and European venues

(event space, permits, vendor sourcing)

  • Handle attendee-facing logistics: invitations, RSVPs, accommodations, itineraries for a high-net-worth guest list
  • Create social media/marketing presence tied to the events (pre-event buildup, live coverage, post-event recap)
  • Manage on-the-ground run-of-show planning (even if working remotely, you'll be the point person coordinating local staff/vendors during the event)
  • Troubleshoot issues in real time during event weekends

Who You Are

  • Proven experience planning upscale/luxury events — corporate summits, investor conferences, private client events, or similar (not weddings-only experience)
  • Comfortable working with international vendors and cross-border logistics
  • Strong vendor negotiation and budget management skills
  • Excellent written English for guest and vendor communication
  • Highly organized, self-directed
  • Discretion is essential — guests are high-net-worth individuals and privacy matters
  • Available to work flexible hours around event weekends (including some evenings/weekends near event dates) and across time zones

Must have-
-Reliable home workspace including reliable internet , means to make calls (headset) , etc.
-Ability to fluctuate time of work hours if needed , depending on event location / timezones

Nice to have:
-Familiarity with the luxury liquor, wine, watches/ jewelry world, or luxury hospitality background

Details

  • Independent contractor, fully remote, ongoing

-Pay- 300$ per month PLUS commission for each event (to be discussed)

  • Expected average of 10 hours per week with more hours concentrated leading up to and during event weekends
  • Project-based around 6–8 events/year, with planning ramp-up between events
  • Travel: Not required (fully remote), though occasional travel could be discussed eventually if desired

How to Apply

To help us find detail-oriented candidates, please start your application with:
1. A link to your portfolio or examples of past events you've planned (ideally upscale/corporate)
2. A short paragraph on the most complex event you've managed logistically
3. Your availability per week

Applications without these details will not be considered.
