Lead Research / List Building VA — Law Firms, Accountants & Consultants (Argentina, Mexico & Colombia)

Overview

We're a corporate services and company-formation advisory firm building a partner outreach list across Latin America. We need a detail-oriented researcher to build a clean, accurate database of professional service firms, starting with Argentina, then Mexico, then Colombia.

Accuracy matters far more than speed. A short, correct list beats a long, sloppy one.

Who we're listing: For each target country, find and list:

Accountants / CPAs / accounting firms
Law firms and corporate lawyers
Company formation consultants
Tax consultants / advisors
Registered agents
Immigration lawyers and immigration consultants

What to collect for each (in a Google Sheet we provide):

Company name
Owner or responsible person's name (and role/title)
Business email (required)
Business phone (required)
Website and LinkedIn URL
City / region
Mobile number ONLY if publicly listed, otherwise leave blank (do not guess)
Category (which type from the list above)

What we're looking for:

Strong experience in lead research, list building, web scraping, or virtual assistance
Excellent English reading and comprehension (Spanish is a big plus for reading LatAm sites)
Meticulous, accurate, and consistent, you double-check before entering
Comfortable using Google Sheets, LinkedIn, Google Maps, and search
Reliable with agreed daily/weekly targets

Nice to have:

Spanish reading ability (most source sites will be in Spanish)
Experience building lists in professional services, legal, or finance
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar

How we'll work:

We'll start with a small paid trial (for example, 50 verified entries for Argentina) to check quality before scaling
Clear per-country targets, quality-checked in batches
Ongoing work across all three countries for the right person
