Bookkeeper (REMOTE US EXPERIENCE)

Bookkeeper - Remote

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and confident managing financial records with accuracy?

We are looking for an experienced Remote Bookkeeper to support a growing US-based business with bookkeeping, financial organization, reporting, and day-to-day accounting support.

This role is a strong fit for someone who is reliable, numbers-focused, and able to keep financial information organized, accurate, and up to date.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Maintaining accurate financial records
Categorizing transactions and reconciling accounts
Managing invoices, payments, and expense tracking
Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable
Preparing financial reports and summaries
Organizing receipts, documents, and bookkeeping records
Assisting with payroll or contractor payment records when needed
Communicating clearly with business owners or team members
Helping keep bookkeeping systems clean and updated

What We’re Looking For:

Bookkeeping, accounting assistant, or finance admin experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with bookkeeping software or accounting tools
Ability to organize financial data clearly
Strong written English communication
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Ability to meet deadlines and follow processes
Proactive mindset and strong follow-through

Preferred Experience:

QuickBooks, Xero, Wave, or similar accounting platforms
Accounts payable and accounts receivable
Bank and credit card reconciliation
Invoice management
Financial reporting
Experience supporting small businesses or service-based businesses
