Web/UI Designer for a SaaS Web App

I'm building a web app and need a designer to make it look clean, modern, and easy to use. I already have a working version — I need it to look professional, not designed from scratch.

Two parts: (1) a marketing/landing page, (2) the app dashboard where users create and manage videos.

Looking for someone who:

Has strong web/UI design skills (Framer experience a big plus — send live links)
Can design clean app dashboards, not just landing pages
Communicates clearly and works fast
Type: Part-time to start, ongoing if it goes well.
