Web Developer & AI Automation Specialist

Hula is Life is a small US-based team building websites for clients. We’re looking for someone who knows how to build a website that looks good, works well, and is easy to use—and who’s comfortable using AI to help get it done.
You should have solid experience with web coding or website building, know your way around Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT, and be able to connect tools and automate tasks using Make or n8n.

What you’ll work on

• Build, update, and troubleshoot client websites.
• Turn ideas and designs into responsive pages that work across desktop and mobile.
• Use AI tools to help write, improve, and debug code, with enough technical knowledge to check the results.
• Build automations that connect websites, forms, and business tools.
• Troubleshoot broken integrations and keep everything running smoothly.

What we’re looking for
Hands-on experience building websites, whether through code, website builders, or a mix of both. You should be comfortable with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and able to explain how you built something and why.

We’d also like someone who has:

• Practical experience with Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT beyond basic prompting.
• Experience building working automations in Make or n8n.
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and connecting different platforms.
• Clear written English, reliable internet, and their own computer.
• The ability to work independently and ask questions when something needs clarification.

Experience with Go High Level is a plus, since that’s where we run many of our client websites.

Hours and setup
Hours are flexible, and most of our team works Philippine hours. We’d like some overlap so we can collaborate. This is part-time to start, with room to grow into full-time as the team grows.
