B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter (Automotive & PPF Specialty)

Salary: $5.00/hour Base Salary + $20.00 Bonus per Completed Demo (Show-Up)
Target Earnings: $7.00 – $10.00+/hour based on performance
About the Role
We are looking for a clear, confident, and natural-sounding cold caller to reach out to Paint Protection Film (PPF) and automotive detailing shop owners across the United States.
You will NOT be selling over the phone or sending lengthy email proposals. Your sole focus is booking shop owners for a quick, 5-minute interactive preview of a custom instant-quoting portal designed for their shop.
Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to a provided target list of US detailing and PPF shop owners.
• Deliver a short, natural hook focused on a custom Instagram/website quoting tool mockup.
• Handle basic objections and lock in 5-minute live Google Meet demos.
• Send an immediate text confirmation via our web dialer to lock in the appointment.
• Track call statuses and booked appointments accurately in a shared Google Sheet.

Requirements

• Flawless Spoken English: Conversational, relaxed, and clear American or near-neutral accent (no robotic telemarketer tone).
• Experience: 1+ years of B2B cold calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing experience (US market preferred).
• Equipment: High-speed internet connection, quiet home office setup, and a quality noise-canceling headset.
• Tech Comfort: Familiar with using softphone/calling apps (like Tello) on PC or mobile, and basic Google Sheets tracking.
