Amazon Product Sourcing Assistant (EXP Required)

I'm looking for an experienced part-time Product Sourcing Assistant to help find and evaluate profitable products for our eCommerce business. This role requires prior experience — you must have already worked as a virtual assistant, product sourcer, or in eCommerce/Amazon FBA.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys research, problem-solving, and working independently. You'll be expected to follow step-by-step instructions carefully, stay organized, and consistently meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate is someone who is reliable, patient, self-motivated, and excellent at managing their time.

We are especially interested in finding someone who wants to grow with the company long-term. As the business expands, there is potential for this role to develop into a full-time position with increased responsibilities and opportunities for advancement. We value individuals who are adaptable, take initiative, communicate well, and are willing to grow alongside a developing company.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a VA, product sourcer, or in eCommerce/Amazon FBA — required, not optional
• Hands-on experience with Amazon FBA sourcing methods
• Reliable internet connection and computer
• Proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Docs
• Detail-oriented and consistent with data entry
• Since this is a new company, you must be okay being offered only Part-time as of now

Responsibilities

• Researching and identifying profitable products across different online stores
• Comparing prices, analyzing product details, and assessing potential profit margins
• Recording and organizing findings accurately in Google Sheets
• Following sourcing guidelines, checklists, and procedures with precision
• Communicating clearly with the team when submitting reports or findings

Pay

$3.00/hour to start.

Raises are earned quickly based on accuracy, performance, and reliability. Work hours are flexible as long as the job gets done, and there's room to grow within the company for those who perform well and take initiative.
