110% ACCOUNTABILITY IS REQUIRED.

YOU MUST STUDY & SUCCESSFULLY PASS CALL SCRIPT TESTING TO GET AND KEEP THIS ROLE

Probationary pay rate $5 USD, incremental pay raise to $6 is negotiable after 60 days of consistent high quality service.

*Managing Warm-Hot Sales Leads in our custom software
*Answering Monitored Recorded Phone Lines
*Upselling In-Bound Calls
*Booking & Rescheduling Appointments
*Follow up and Feedback Calls
*Calendar and schedule management for Staff
*Office Supply Management
*Screening and Directing Calls
*Marketing Content Management
*Moderating Conference Calls
*Creating & Editing Documents
*Responding to Sales Inquiries
*Multi-Tasking Regularly

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE:
*Experience in the beauty and medical spa industry familiar with procedures or a fast learner
*Pleasant speaking in tone
*Willing and eager to help solve issues
*Trusting, dependable, reliable
*Ability to make effective decisions independently
*Must be computer savvy
*Required to work on Hubstaff with time tracking, Slack for communications, Square for scheduling, Google Suite and OpenPhone for calls & texts
*Must speak clear fluent English with the ability to articulate their words.
*Must comprehend English with ease
*No noisy backgrounds.
*Clear functioning internet and headset
