You expected to do the following:
Take the calls, & make sales, log appointments. Call back missed calls.

Solve client problems

Any administrative tasks assigned to you

Post our content in Facebook groups and our fake user account

Answer questions that are DM's from FB and IG

Sell the most. Upsell the most. Make sure that clients are offered all reasonable opportunity to buy more

Answer "I can help you with that" to all customer inquiries

Study the systems, scripts, website and this page

You will be expected to show up for work ALMOST all of your scheduled time
