About the Role

READ THIS FIRST: The shift is 8:00 PM to 3:00 AM Manila time, Monday to Friday. That is 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM in Florida. This is a permanent night schedule. If that will not work for you long term, please do not apply. We would rather you keep your time.

ABOUT US

We are NH Repairs, a commercial and municipal fleet maintenance shop in Pompano Beach, Florida. We service and repair the vehicles that local businesses and city governments run on: the work trucks of contractors, plumbers, electricians and landscapers, plus heavy-duty tractors and trailers. We are small, we are growing, and we have big plans.

We run lean. Every person here owns their work, and you will be working directly with the owner.

We are hiring one person to make our outbound calls and generate our leads. That is the whole job, and right now it is the most important open seat in the company.

This is a phone-first role. You will spend most of your shift on the phone: calling back the people who contacted us, calling the customers who were quoted work and never came back, and calling businesses in our target lists. Text and email back you up, they do not replace the call.

WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO

Follow-up calling, about 45% of your time. This is the heart of the job. Right now leads slip through the cracks. You will stop that.

Call back every missed call the same day, and text as a backup when nobody picks up
Call every new inquiry from our ads within 5 minutes, while they are still d ---------- who to call
Work the deferred repair list: vehicles we already inspected, work we already quoted, jobs that were never scheduled
Follow up on open estimates until you get a yes or a no
Call back customers we have not seen in 6 months or more
Call after every completed repair to check in and ask for a review
Log every inbound call in our shared attribution tracker so we know which ads are producing real work and which ones are wasting money

Lead generation, about 45% of your time. Half of your leads are already sitting in our system. The other half are local fleets we have not called yet. You will work both.

Mine System for work that is already due: customers with preventive maintenance coming up, DOT inspections expiring, and units with open or deferred repairs. Call them and get the truck scheduled.
Go through our existing customer list unit by unit and find out what each fleet has coming up
Work our target lists of local businesses and fleets. We already have the lists. What we lack is the discipline to work them, and you will bring that.
Find the right person at each company, the owner, the fleet manager, or whoever signs off on repairs, and start a real conversation
Run supporting email and SMS campaigns to the same lists
Keep calling until you get a yes or a no, and log every touch and every outcome

Marketing support, about 10%.

Help put together a newsletter twice a month, using AI tools heavily. We expect you to move fast with them.
Help with website content and messaging
Keep our message consistent across calls, email , text and social
Report on what is working and what is not

And whatever else the business needs. We are small and titles are loose here. If you see something broken and fix it, that gets noticed.

SYSTEMS YOU WILL LIVE IN

Fullbay, our shop management system. Every repair order, estimate, unit and customer history lives here, and it is where most of your leads will come from. You will learn it in your first two weeks. It is straightforward.
Our phone and SMS platform, currently being upgraded. You will help us make it work.
CRM, email marketing tools, Google Sheets, and AI writing tools

You need to be genuinely comfortable with software. Not an engineer, but the kind of person who opens a new tool and figures it out without a manual, and who spots a better way to do something and says so.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

*Clear, confident spoken English. This is the most important requirement. You will be on the phone with American business owners, shop managers and municipal fleet staff every day, under our name. Neutral accent, easy to understand, comfortable holding a conversation that is not on a script.
*Strong written English. Your texts and email s go straight to customers. Clear and natural, not stiff and not robotic.
*Real outbound experience. You have called strangers and existing customers for a living and you are not nervous about it.
*Background we especially want: dealership service BDC, appointment setting, outbound sales or SDR work on a US account, service scheduling, customer retention or reactivation, US collections, or contact center work with an outbound component.
*Tech savvy. Comfortable in new software, spreadsheets, CRMs and AI tools.
*Relentless follow-up. Most of this job is the third and fourth call.
*Automotive, truck or fleet experience is a plus, not a requirement. We will teach you the vehicles.
Reliable internet with a backup connection, backup power, a quiet workspace, and a good headset. On a night shift there is nobody to cover for you.

NOT A FIT IF

You cannot commit to a permanent night schedule
You are looking for general admin or virtual assistant work
You are uncomfortable on the phone, or you only want to do chat and email
You measure your work in calls made rather than results
You want a narrow job description that never changes

HOW YOU WILL BE MEASURED

On one thing: vehicles that come through our bay doors because you got them there. Not calls made, not messages sent, not appointments booked. Vehicles that arrive and get worked on. We will show you the number every week, and we pay you on it.

COMPENSATION

USD $4.50 to $5.50 per hour depending on experience. Performance commissions for vehicles that arrive because of your outreach begin after a 90-day trial period. Paid twice a month in USD via Wise, PayPal, or direct deposit.

This is a long-term role, not a project. The right person grows with the shop, and we treat long-term contributors well.

TO APPLY, INCLUDE

1.) A 2-minute voice or video recording in English. Tell us about a customer or prospect you got to say yes after they had already said no. What did you actually do?
2.) A short note on your last phone-heavy role and what number you were measured on. Give us the real figure.
3.) A writing sample. Write the actual text message you would send to a customer whose truck was inspected six weeks ago, who was quoted $1,800 in brake and suspension work, and who never scheduled it. Keep it under 60 words.
4.) Written confirmation that you can work 8:00 PM to 3:00 AM Manila time, Monday to Friday, long term.
5.) A description of your internet setup and your backup plan for power and connection.
6.) The word AIRBRAKE somewhere in your application.

Applications without the voice recording and the writing sample will not be reviewed.
