Ecommerce Operations Manager (Part Time, Sharp Generalist)

We're a growing ecommerce brand looking for a sharp, dependable Operations Manager who can handle a wide range of tasks and just get them done. The kind of person we can hand almost anything to and trust it's handled well.

What you'll help with:

• Setting up upsells and post purchase funnels on Shopify
• Customer service
• Recurring content and operational tasks
• Research, coordination, and whatever moves the needle that week

You're a fit if you:

• Are genuinely smart, fast, and a quick learner who figures things out
• Are self directed and do not need to be spoon fed
• Have ecommerce, Shopify, or customer service experience
• Write clearly and think a step ahead

Details:

• Part time, 20 to 25 hours per week
• Available Monday to Saturday, roughly 2 to 3 hours per day
• We work in CET timezone. EST is fine too, as long as you're responsive throughout the day
• Pay: $6 per hour
