The Role
We are hiring a Project Manager, Luxury Travel who will carry a portfolio of multiple client journeys at once, each at a different stage of planning and execution. This is an operations and project management role at its core. It rewards calm, organized handling of many parallel projects, strong documentation discipline, and accuracy with budgets and supplier costs. This is not a call center, ticketing, customer service, or single-event role. It requires project leadership, coordination, and professional client handling.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of multiple client journeys simultaneously, keeping each accurately tracked and moving without anything slipping
  • Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of client journeys as structured projects
  • Oversee proposal assembly and journey documentation with high attention to detail
  • Own timelines, project plans, and deliverables
  • Own client and international supplier communication, and maintain strong, timely, professional correspondence
  • Coordinate logistics, hotels, and experiences across destinations
  • Monitor journey progress and proactively prevent issues before they arise
  • Ensure financial accuracy by tracking budgets, supplier costs, and margins
  • Work with tools like Airtable and Google Workspace
  • Maintain high execution standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience running multiple projects or accounts at the same time, where you owned the tracking and nothing fell through
  • Strong project management, coordination, and documentation discipline
  • High comfort with budgets, supplier costs, and detail-heavy work
  • Ability to solve problems independently and think ahead rather than react
  • Calm, reliable, and organized
  • Clear, professional client communication

Work Setup

  • Remote
  • Full-time, long-term
  • Work with a global team across time zones

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years in project management, operations, program or portfolio coordination, or related fields
  • Backgrounds in systems, data, or PMO work are especially welcome
  • Client services or hospitality experience is fine but not the focus
  • Proven experience delivering work in a deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to work remotely with global teams
  • Experience in luxury travel or premium services is a plus but not required

Compensation

  • USD 850 to 1,600 per month
  • Performance-based salary growth
  • Professional development opportunities

How to Apply
Send your application with a short cover message, your CV, and an answer to the question below (required).
In 6 to 8 sentences, describe how you manage many client projects at the same time. How many do you typically run concurrently, how do you track each one so nothing slips, and how do you keep budgets and details accurate across all of them?
