About the Role

---------- / Anything Supplies Pty Ltd

With clear performance-based growth depending on results, platform sales, GMV growth, customer reviews, operational performance, and leadership capability.

Job Description

We are launching ---------- , a new B2C e-commerce marketplace and app designed to scale across the Philippines, USA, Canada, Australia, Fiji, and eventually global markets.

This is not a simple e-commerce assistant role. We are looking for a hands-on E-Commerce Manager who can help manage the day-to-day operations of our platform, including product listings, order placement, order management, customer experience, campaign execution, supplier coordination, and performance reporting.

The right person must be proactive, organised, commercially aware, and able to work in a fast-moving environment. You will work closely with our marketing, logistics, sourcing, customer service, and development teams to help build a strong e-commerce operation from the ground up.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow with the business and potentially lead a larger e-commerce team in the future.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily e-commerce operations across the website, app, marketplace systems, customer orders, product listings, suppliers, and campaign activities.

Oversee order placement and order management, ensuring customer orders are processed correctly, supplier/vendor orders are placed accurately, fulfilment is tracked, and delivery issues are followed up until resolved.

Monitor all active orders daily, including pending orders, supplier confirmations, dispatch status, tracking updates, delayed orders, cancelled orders, returns, refunds, and customer complaints.

Clean up and optimise product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, categories, product tags, keywords, and conversion-focused content.

Work with the marketing team to execute campaigns such as 11.11, 12.12, Black Friday, Christmas promotions, launch campaigns, product pushes, and seasonal offers.

Use competitor research and market data to recommend which products should be promoted, featured, bundled, discounted, or pushed on the homepage.

Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, logistics providers, dropshipping partners, customer service, marketing, and tech teams to resolve issues quickly.

Handle customer service escalations professionally and help reduce cancellations, refunds, and poor reviews by offering practical solutions such as replacement options, discount credits, wallet credits, alternative products, or future-purchase incentives.

Help build internal SOPs, playbooks, checklists, customer service scripts, order management processes, campaign workflows, and training documents.

Use ClickUp or similar project management tools to track tasks, deadlines, campaign progress, order issues, team responsibilities, and operational follow-ups.

Monitor and report key KPIs, including GMV, sales, conversion rate, abandoned carts, product performance, customer reviews, Google Reviews, cancellations, refunds, delayed orders, delivery issues, and campaign results.

Work with the development team to provide feedback on website/app improvements, UI/UX issues, checkout flow, customer journey problems, product page performance, and backend improvements.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who has experience with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Amazon, or other e-commerce platforms.

You must understand e-commerce operations, product listings, order processing, customer service, fulfilment, returns, refunds, supplier follow-ups, and online campaign execution.

You should be able to think commercially, not just follow instructions. We need someone who can identify problems, suggest improvements, protect the customer experience, and help grow sales.
