About the Task
I need a skilled Quantity Surveyor to prepare a Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for an academic assignment. The project involves measuring selected trades for a building called New GLAs (Year 6 Block) .

You will be provided with:

Pre-tender/construction drawings

Specifications

BoQ Example 2 (working template)

Preliminary section for Provisional Sums and Prime Costs

Scope of Work
Prepare a BoQ for these trades:

Suspended Ceilings – Include height from roof structure and height from floor finished level. Identify form openings for light fittings.

Floor Finishes – Address slab treatment as Provisional Quantity. Check preliminary section for relevant provisional sums and prime costs.

Relevant Painting

Provisional Sums & Prime Costs – Identify relevant items from preliminary section.

Requirements
Must have an active CostX licence (most important requirement)

ANZSMM knowledge required

Experience preparing BoQs for construction projects

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

Format: A4 size, single PDF file

Ready for Turnitin submission
