Remote | Part-Time | 1–2 Hours Per Day

Pay: $250–$350 for the initial 30-day period, depending on experience

AI Tool Budget: Up to $50 additional

We are a growing company in the health, fitness, wellness, supplements, and skincare space, and we are looking for a serious, creative, hardworking person to build and manage 4 AI influencer social media accounts.

This is not a position for someone looking to put in minimal effort or simply generate random AI pictures.

Our goal is to create extremely realistic AI influencers that look and feel like real people, build genuine social media audiences around them, and eventually introduce our brands and products naturally through their content.

THE 4 AI INFLUENCERS

You will be responsible for creating and developing four completely different personalities:

1. Black Beauty / Lifestyle Influencer

A beautiful Black female influencer with striking blue eyes. Her content can focus on beauty, skincare, lifestyle, fitness, fashion, and wellness.

2. Female Influencer With Vitiligo

A beautiful woman with vitiligo who has a distinctive, memorable appearance. Her content can combine beauty, skincare, lifestyle, wellness, fitness, fashion, and relatable everyday content.

3. Health & Wellness Expert

A highly knowledgeable health-focused personality centered around nutrition, herbs, supplements, food, fitness, healthy living, and wellness education.

This person should feel intelligent, credible, and genuinely knowledgeable—not like an AI account simply repeating generic health information.

4. Korean Beauty / Lifestyle Influencer

A beautiful Korean female influencer focused on skincare, Korean beauty, glass skin, beauty routines, lifestyle, wellness, fashion, and related content.

Each influencer must have their own personality, visual identity, content style, interests, and reason for people to follow them.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

• Create all 4 AI influencer accounts
• Develop a consistent face, appearance, personality, and content direction for each influencer
• Post 2 times per day on each account
• Create approximately 8 quality posts per day across the 4 accounts
• Create both AI videos and image-based content
• Research viral content and trends in each influencer's niche
• Study successful TikTok, Instagram, and AI influencer accounts
• Write hooks, captions, concepts, and content ideas
• Continuously improve AI image and video quality
• Make the influencers look as realistic and consistent as possible
• Build each account toward its first 1,000 followers
• Track which posts perform best and create more content based on what works
• Eventually begin naturally integrating our skincare, health, wellness, fitness, and supplement products into successful accounts

CONTENT QUALITY IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT

Posting just to say you posted is not acceptable.

For example, an image post should not simply be one boring AI-generated picture with no concept behind it.

Each post needs to have a reason someone would:

STOP → WATCH → READ → COMMENT → SHARE → FOLLOW

You can choose between video posts and image/carousel-style posts, but the content needs to be interesting and well thought out.

We care much more about quality, creativity, realism, and growth than simply checking off the requirement of posting twice a day.

AI REALISM

One of the most important parts of this position is creating influencers that do not immediately look AI-generated.

We want:

• Highly realistic skin
• Natural body proportions
• Consistent faces
• Natural expressions
• Realistic environments
• Realistic lighting
• Realistic food and objects
• Natural movement in videos
• Normal smartphone/social-media-style footage
• Consistent personalities
• Content that feels like it came from a real creator

We do NOT want obvious AI images, plastic-looking skin, changing faces, strange hands, unrealistic movements, or generic AI content.

YOU MUST BE WILLING TO LEARN

You do NOT need to know everything on Day 1.

However, you must be someone who learns extremely quickly and constantly improves.

Before beginning, you will be expected to watch approximately 7–8 detailed YouTube videos about creating AI influencers, including AI image generation, consistent characters, AI video generation, social media growth, and realistic AI content creation.

After that, learning should continue every day.

AI changes extremely quickly.

We want someone who is constantly discovering:

• Better AI tools
• Better prompts
• Better video models
• Better image generators
• Better methods for keeping faces consistent
• Better viral hooks
• Better editing techniques
• Better social media strategies

Your work should look noticeably better after 30 days than it did during your first week.

30-DAY TRIAL → LONG-TERM POSITION

The first 30 days will be an evaluation period.

We are not expecting every account to become huge in 30 days.

What we ARE looking for is effort.

We will be watching:

• Did you post consistently?
• Did you improve?
• Did you research?
• Did you test different content?
• Did you learn new AI skills?
• Did the quality improve?
• Did you study what competitors are doing?
• Did you try different hooks and formats?
• Did you take responsibility for growing the accounts?
• Did you treat the accounts like they were your own business?

The people who demonstrate exceptional effort and consistency will be considered for a permanent long-term position with us.

We are building multiple brands and AI influencer networks, so there is significant room to grow with the company.

COMPENSATION

Initial 30-Day Pay

$250–$350 depending on your experience and quality of previous work.

AI Tools

We are willing to provide up to an additional $50 toward approved AI tools needed to produce better content.

PERFORMANCE BONUSES

Reach 1,000 Followers → $500 Bonus

Successfully grow an account to 1,000 followers and earn a $500 performance bonus, subject to authentic growth and company review.

200,000+ View Post → $600 Bonus

Create a post that reaches 200,000+ legitimate views and earn a $600 performance bonus, subject to company review.

We want to reward people who can actually create content that performs.

“How can I make this account better today than it was yesterday?”

If something isn't working, test something else.

If your AI videos don't look realistic, learn how to improve them.

If an account isn't growing, study successful accounts and figure out why.

If a competitor is getting millions of views, analyze what they're doing differently.
