About the Role
We are a growing U.S. real estate investment company looking for a full-time Real Estate Cold Caller.
Responsibilities include calling property owners, identifying motivated sellers, gathering property details, updating our CRM, and setting qualified leads for our acquisitions team.
Requirements:
- Strong English communication
- Real estate cold calling experience preferred
- Comfortable handling objections
- Organized with detailed CRM notes
- Available during U.S. Eastern Time
- Reliable internet, computer, and headset
Full-time position with competitive base pay + performance bonuses available for strong results and closed deals.
