Experienced Real Estate Prospector

Hours: 8 Hours/Day, 5 Days/Week (Flexible)

Description:
We are a real estate prospecting company seeking 2 remote Cold Callers / Virtual Assistants to make outbound calls, qualify leads, and gather property information. Fluent English is required.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls using provided scripts
• Qualify leads and collect accurate information
• Update CRM and call notes
• Communicate professionally with homeowners

Requirements:

• Fluent in English
• Strong communication and phone presence
• Reliable internet and headset
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
• Mandatory real estate sales experience (warm & cold calling)

Compensation:
$560/Month + Commission

• Listing: $600 Bonus
• Novation: $1,200 Bonus
• Acquisition: $2,400 Bonus

Bonuses are paid half upfront and half at closing.
