Role:
Outbound cold calling, lead qualification, property data collection.

Schedule:
5 hrs/day, 5 days/week (flexible)
Part-time / Full-time | Remote

Key Duties:

Make high-volume cold calls (script provided)
Qualify sellers & gather property details
Update CRM with clean notes
Speak professionally with homeowners

Requirements:

Fluent English, strong phone presence
Proven cold calling experience (real estate)
Reliable internet + headset
Self-driven, consistent

Pay:
$325/month base + commission

Listing: $600
Novation: $1,200
Acquisition: $2,400
(Paid 50% upfront / 50% at closing)
