We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Automation Specialist to help us run, improve, and automate our sales and marketing operations. This role reports directly to the CEO.

This is not a pure marketing role and it is not a pure automation role. You will operate real sales and marketing workflows, manage our CRM and campaigns, document how the function works, and build automations that make the work more repeatable and scalable.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and improve the systems and workflows supporting day-to-day sales and marketing operations, including CRM hygiene, lead follow-up, outbound sequences, campaign execution, social scheduling, and reporting
• Build and maintain the commercial funnel in the CRM, establish conversion and cycle-time baselines and targets, identify bottlenecks by rep, market, and source, and measure whether changes improve performance.
• Manage and improve our sales and marketing stack, including Follow Up Boss, JustCall, Hootsuite, email , and outbound tools
• Build SOPs and playbooks for lead intake, follow-up, broker outreach, campaigns, reporting, and other recurring workflows
• Build automations using CRM tools, Zapier, Make, n8n, and AI tools
• Use AI for drafting, research, enrichment, lead prioritization, reporting, and quality control
• Identify what should be automated, what should remain human, and where processes are breaking down
• Track campaign, pipeline, and sales activity so leadership can make better decisions
• Work with our AI Automation Engineer when workflows require deeper integrations or company-wide infrastructure

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in sales operations, marketing operations, revenue operations, growth operations, or a similar hands-on role
• Experience administering a CRM, not just using one
• Strong practical experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI tools
• Excellent written English
• Strong process thinking, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with Excel, Microsoft 365, CRM systems, and business software
• Experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar automation tools is a plus
• Self-directed and comfortable building processes in an environment where the function is still evolving

This is not a social media coordinator, content creator, or software development role. We are looking for an operator who understands sales and marketing, can run the function, and knows how to use AI and automation to make it better.

Goal: Build a sales and marketing operation that is organized, measurable, highly automated, and capable of scaling without requiring proportional increases in headcount.
