Product Image Collection & Formatting – Pools & Hot Tubs

Sensassion Pool & Spa, a Florida-based pool and hot tub company, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented freelancer to help us prepare product images for our new website.

We carry multiple brands of fiberglass pools, hot tubs, and swim spas, and we need approximately 550 product images to be collected, sorted, renamed, and formatted.

What You Will Do

We will provide you with:

A complete list of all brands and product models
Access to our manufacturers’ dealer intranets
Links to manufacturer resources when needed
The exact image dimensions and formats required
Clear instructions for file naming and organization

Your job will be to:

Find and download the correct official high-resolution images for each product
Make sure every image matches the exact brand and model
Select the best and most useful images available for each product
Sort and remove duplicate, irrelevant, or low-quality images
Resize and crop the selected images to our required dimensions
Maintain excellent image quality and proportions — no stretched or distorted images
Rename every image according to our naming system
Organize everything into clearly labeled folders by brand and model

For hot tubs and swim spas, we may need several images per model, such as:

Main/lifestyle image
Front view
Interior/top view showing the seats and jets
Side view
Technical or cutaway view when available

For fiberglass pools, we may need:

Main/lifestyle image
Pool shell view
Top view
Technical/dimensional drawing
Additional product views when available
Project Size

Approximately 550 images total.

This is NOT a graphic design project. You will not be creating images from scratch.

The main work is finding the correct images, selecting them, organizing them, resizing/cropping them, and delivering everything in the correct format.

Accuracy is extremely important.

Who We Are Looking For

You should be:

Very detail-oriented
Organized and reliable
Comfortable navigating websites and dealer intranets
Experienced with image resizing and cropping
Comfortable using Photoshop, Canva, or similar software
Able to maintain image quality while formatting images
Able to follow detailed instructions without constant supervision

Experience with e-commerce, product catalogs, website product uploads, pools, spas, or home improvement products is a plus.

Compensation

Fixed-price project: approximately $200

We are open to discussing the final price depending on your experience and estimated completion time.

There may also be additional ongoing work for the right person after this project.
