Recruitment Specialist

As we continue to expand, we're looking for an experienced and driven Recruitment Specialist to help us build a world-class remote team by identifying and hiring exceptional creative talent.

As our Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Source and attract qualified candidates through various platforms
• Review and screen applications and resumes
• Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments
• Maintain an organized candidate database and recruitment tracker
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Identify strong candidates based on the company's requirements
• Help develop and improve recruitment strategies
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
• Track recruitment metrics such as applicants, interviews, hires, and time-to-hire
• Ensure candidates have a professional and positive experience throughout the hiring process
• Work closely with management to understand staffing needs and priorities
• Proactively recommend solutions when recruitment challenges arise

Preferred Experience

• At least 1–2 years of recruitment experience
• Experience recruiting remote/virtual assistants is a plus
• Experience using OnlineJobs.ph, LinkedIn, Facebook , or other sourcing platforms
• Experience with applicant tracking systems or recruitment spreadsheets
