Technical Recruiter

Simplify is building AI-powered infrastructure to help people get hired faster. We are a small, fast-moving U.S. startup looking for a Philippines-based Technical Recruiter to work closely with our founding team.

This role is ideal for someone who can find strong technical candidates and keep the recruiting process organized from sourcing through interview scheduling.

What You’ll Do

• Source software and hardware engineering candidates on LinkedIn
• Identify strong prospects based on their technologies, experience, companies, and education
• Create recruiting rubrics with clear evaluation criteria for each role
• Draft and coordinate personalized candidate outreach and follow-ups
• Maintain organized recruiting pipelines
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication

Requirements

• Experience recruiting or sourcing for a U.S. company
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search skills
• Experience with technical or engineering roles
• Ability to understand the differences between technical roles and technologies
• Familiarity with U.S. companies, universities, and startups
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Organized, proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented

Nice to Have

• Experience with both software and hardware recruiting
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, recruiting software, and LLMs
• U.S. startup or technology company experience
• Graduate of the University of the Philippines Diliman

Work Setup

• Fully remote and Philippines-based
• Full-time with some U.S. working-hour overlap
• Minimum six-month commitment
