Hr Rubies LLC is hiring immediately for a skilled professional to manage paid search advertising campaigns on Google platforms. You will plan, create, launch, and maintain search advertisements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Research and select relevant keywords matching common search terms and business objectives
Prepare clear, accurate ad text that meets all advertising requirements
Set up campaign structure, daily budgets, and bidding settings
Define audience targeting by region, language, device type, and schedule
Monitor performance metrics including impressions, clicks, cost, and conversion trends
Make reasonable adjustments to improve relevance, efficiency, and results
Ensure all advertisements, keywords, and landing pages comply fully with platform standards
Track performance and provide regular progress updates
Stay informed about official policy changes and recommended practices
Maintain full compliance with all applicable rules at all times
REQUIREMENTS
Practical experience building and managing Google Ads Search campaigns
Working knowledge of Google advertising policies and guidelines
Ability to research keywords and understand user search intent
Skill in writing clear, effective, and policy-compliant ad content
Basic ability to review performance data and identify improvements
Organized, reliable, and capable of working independently
Commitment to ethical practices and full compliance with all rules
Google Ads certification is preferred but not required
Familiarity with performance tracking tools is an advantage
