Affiliate program manager

We're Nutra Wave, a Health Canada certified supplement brand doing over $10M a year, mostly on Amazon Canada, plus Amazon US and Australia, Walmart, and our own Shopify store. Established, profitable, and growing.

We don't have an affiliate program yet. That's the job.

You'll build it and run it. Not assist on it, own it. You'll report directly to the founder and you'll be the person accountable for the number.

What you'll actually do

Set up and run our Amazon affiliate program (Levanta, Amazon Associates, Creator Connections) and soon our TikTok Shop affiliate program
Find, vet and recruit affiliates and creators in the health, wellness and supplement space, this is the bulk of the job in the first 60 days
Write and send outreach that gets replies, and follow up relentlessly. Cold DMs and email at volume
Onboard affiliates: commission structure, sample shipping, content briefs, brand guidelines. Keep creators active after they sign up. Most programs die here, yours won't
Track everything: clicks, conversions, commission cost, ROAS, creator-level performance
Send one clear weekly report to the founder with three numbers leading it.
Make sure creator content stays compliant with supplement claim rules (we'll train you on this, (you just need to take it seriously)

Who this is for

You've built or run an affiliate or creator program before and can talk about it with specifics, platforms, numbers, what broke, how you fixed it. You're organized enough to run a spreadsheet of 200 creators without losing track, and personable enough that creators actually reply to you. You're comfortable being measured on revenue.

Who this isn't for

General VAs looking to add a skill. Social media managers who post content. Anyone who has only done influencer gifting with no commission or tracking involved.

Nice to have (not required)

Experience with a supplement, health or wellness brand
Amazon Seller Central familiarity
Experience with Impact, ShareASale, AWIN, CJ, Refersion or Social Snowball
Airtable, Notion, ClickUp or similar

The details

Full-time, 40 hours/week, long-term
Some overlap with Eastern Time required for a weekly call, the rest is on your schedule

There's a paid 2-hour test task before we hire, so you get paid for your time either way
