About Us

We're a fast-growing residential real estate team in Chicago built around content-driven lead generation ("The Reel Chicago" on Instagram & TikTok) and a strong client experience from contract to close. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to take marketing production and transaction coordination off our plate so we can focus on clients and closings.

What You'll Do

Marketing
Instagram & TikTok caption/description writing — Use AI tools to draft on-brand, engaging captions for Reels and TikTok videos.
Instagram carousel post creation — Build carousel posts using our Canva account (templates provided).
Blog writing to support SEO/AI visibility — Use AI tools to draft blog posts that support search and AI-driven discovery.
YouTube thumbnail design — Create eye-catching thumbnails using our Canva account.
YouTube video editing — Edit raw footage into polished videos using our CapCut account.

Email newsletter production — Draft and format newsletters using AI tools and our Mailchimp account.
Misc. Marketing Projects
Build out buyer and seller drip email /text campaigns.
Support an "expired listing" seller outreach campaign.
Transaction Coordination
Process deals from contract to close.
Coordinate earnest money deposits with title/escrow.
Schedule inspections and final walk-throughs.
Check in regularly with lenders and attorneys to keep deals on track.
Send templated update email s to buyers and sellers at key milestones.
What We're Looking For
Prior experience as a VA supporting a real estate agent or team (strongly preferred).
Comfortable using AI writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude) for content drafting.
Proficient with Canva and CapCut, or able to learn quickly.
Familiar with Mailchimp or similar email platforms.
Strong written English and attention to detail — you'll be writing copy that represents our brand.
Highly organized and dependable with transaction deadlines; comfortable following checklists and timelines.
Proactive communicator — flags issues before they become problems.
Experience with a real estate CRM (e.g., Follow Up Boss) is a plus.
