Healthcare Funnel, CRM & Social Media Automation Specialist (Go High Level Required)

U.S.-based telehealth practice specializing in hormone optimization, peptides, and functional medicine is seeking a skilled Funnel & CRM Automation Specialist with experience supporting social media marketing.

This role requires advanced experience with Go High Level (GHL).

Your primary responsibility will be building and optimizing funnels and automation systems. Secondary responsibilities include assisting with social media content scheduling and basic campaign support.

This is not a general VA role.

Primary Responsibilities (Core Focus)

• Audit and optimize existing Go High Level setup
• Build and refine multi-step funnels
• Create CRM tagging systems and automation workflows
• Set up email nurture sequences
• Implement booking automation and lead routing
• Track funnel performance metrics

Secondary Responsibilities (Support)

• Schedule social media posts (content provided)
• Assist with basic Canva graphics
• Help organize content calendar
• Support email newsletter formatting
• Assist with light SEO blog formatting

This role is automation-first. Social media support is secondary.

Required Experience

• Proven Go High Level experience (examples required)
• Experience building automation workflows and funnels
• Understanding of CRM tagging logic
• Experience with email marketing campaigns
• Organized and systems-oriented

Preferred:

• Experience working with healthcare, telehealth, or wellness brands
• Experience supporting social media campaigns
