We’re expanding our team and looking for motivated, coachable, and energetic individuals to join us as Real Estate Acquisition Managers — no prior experience required. This is a career opportunity, not just a job.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Speaking directly with homeowners over the phone
• Negotiating property prices and building rapport
• Guiding sellers through the sales process with honesty and confidence
• Learning to troubleshoot problems on your own when needed
• Using our CRM system (Resimpli) to manage leads and deals
• Staying sharp, coachable, and consistent in daily performance

What You Must Have:

• Fast and reliable internet
• Desktop or laptop with a built-in camera
• Noise-free environment and quality headset
• Strong spoken English and communication skills

• Thick skin – you’ll face rejection and need to bounce back fast
• Excellent active listening and critical thinking skills
• Tech-savvy and open to learning new tools (like Resimpli CRM)
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Positive energy, honesty, and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to be held accountable and grow within a team

Pay Structure:

• Fixed pay + commissions and bonuses
• Paid on the 1st and 15th of each month
• Starting pay varies by role and will be discussed in the interview
