Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Setup: Remote
Schedule: U.S. Business Hours
About the Role
We are looking for a Small Business Superstar to become a dependable part of a growing service-based business.
This is an all-around role for someone who is smart, adaptable, organized, and comfortable wearing different hats. You will help with customer communication, scheduling, administrative work, day-to-day operations, and whatever else is needed to keep the business running smoothly.
Some days you may be speaking with customers and scheduling services. Other days you may be updating records, coordinating with the team, following up on open items, or figuring out how to solve an unexpected problem.
We are not looking for someone who needs step-by-step instructions for every situation. We want someone who can understand the goal, use good judgment, find solutions, and take ownership of getting things done.
Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience is strongly preferred.

Complete follow-up tasks
Assist with research and data entry
Keep systems and records accurate and up to date
Handle other administrative responsibilities as needed
Day-to-Day Business Operations
Help keep daily operations organized
Coordinate with team members when information or action is needed
Follow up on outstanding tasks

Take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion
Systems Used
Experience with the following is a plus:
GoHighLevel
Jobber
Experience with other CRM, scheduling, customer management, or field-service systems is also valuable.
You do not need to know every system from day one, but you should be comfortable learning new technology quickly.
What We're Looking For
You may be our next Small Business Superstar if you:
Have experience working with customers
Are confident and comfortable communicating over the phone
Have clear, easy-to-understand spoken English
Are organized and pay close attention to details
Can manage multiple responsibilities without losing track of things
Know how to prioritize when several things need attention
Can solve problems without immediately needing someone else to tell you what to do
Are comfortable making reasonable decisions within established processes
Take ownership of your work and follow through
Are proactive rather than waiting for someone to assign every task
Can adapt when priorities or situations change
Are comfortable working with schedules, customer information, and business systems
Learn new tools and processes quickly
Are dependable, resourceful, and accountable
Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience is strongly preferred.
The Kind of Person We're Looking For
We're looking for the person who naturally asks:
“What needs to get done, and how can I help make it happen?”
You don't need to have done every task before. What matters is your ability to think, communicate, adapt, and figure things out.
If a customer has a question, you know how to listen and find the answer.
If there's a scheduling problem, you look for a solution.
If something isn't getting done, you follow up.
If you notice a better way of doing something, you speak up.
And when you're given responsibility for something, you own it through completion.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to become an important part of a small business rather than being limited to one narrow set of responsibilities.
To Apply
Please submit your resume and a self-video introduction of up to 2 minutes.
In your video, please briefly introduce yourself and tell us about:
Your experience working with customers
Your experience handling administrative or operational responsibilities
A time you solved a problem without being given step-by-step instructions
Any leadership, supervisory, or team coordination experience
Your experience with GoHighLevel, Jobber, or similar business systems
Why you think you would be a great Small Business Superstar
Please speak naturally and do not read from a script.
We're looking for someone who can become a trusted part of the business, take ownership of their responsibilities, and help make life easier for both our customers and our team.
