Senior Corporate Housing Manager, Sourcing and Deals (remote, European hours)

We are a Swedish corporate housing company. We place project teams and relocating staff from European companies in furnished homes, from one month to several years. Requests come in daily from construction, energy, engineering and consulting companies. We source the homes ourselves, direct from landlords and operators, across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, the Netherlands, Germany and Spain.

We are hiring one experienced person to own the deal from start to finish: find the unit, verify it against our compliance policy, negotiate with the landlord, close the client. This is not a coordinator role and not for beginners.

You must have at least three years in this industry: serviced apartments, corporate housing, relocation, extended stay or furnished property management. For example at Oakwood, Ascott, SilverDoor, Santa Fe, Crown, Homelike, Blueground, Spotahome, a corporate housing broker, or a Booking or Airbnb partner account.
You have negotiated with landlords, you know what a viewing, a deposit against keys and an ownership check are, and you can tell a real landlord from a fake one in two email s.

Your day: work live cases in our CRM from day one. Source units by phone and email , verify every property before money moves, negotiate rent and terms, present offers with a margin, close.
Ten to twenty landlord contacts a day is normal. Everything is logged in the CRM.

Pay: 400 USD per month base plus 8 percent of the profit margin on every deal you close, paid monthly for the full length of the stay. With two or three active deals the realistic total is 900 to 1,200 USD per month.
One closed group deal alone has paid over 600 USD per month in commission. This role pays on results.

Setup: full-time, remote, 09:00 to 17:00 Central European Time. Live pipeline from day one, CRM, AI drafting tools, phone line, company email , small team that moves fast. Independent contractor agreement, 30-day trial, pay review at 60 days.
